By creating a Agrivo account you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using Agrivo on behalf of a farm business or cooperative, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Agrivo is an AI-assisted farm-management platform: field and crop records, satellite vegetation monitoring, weather-driven alerts, workforce/equipment/livestock logs, market reference prices, traceability records, and an AI advisor. We may add, change, or remove features; material removals affecting paid plans will be announced in advance.
Recommendations, diagnoses, briefs, forecasts and explanations are generated by artificial-intelligence models using your farm data, public agronomy knowledge, weather and satellite data. They are DECISION SUPPORT ONLY and can be wrong. Always verify significant decisions (chemical application, veterinary treatment, financial commitments) with a qualified professional. Never rely on Agrivo alone for anything affecting human, animal or environmental safety.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).
You may not: attempt to access other tenants’ data; probe, overload or disrupt the service; submit content you have no right to submit; use the platform to generate spam or unlawful content; resell access without a written agreement; or reverse-engineer the service beyond what applicable law permits.
Free and paid plans include stated limits (farms, fields, workers, equipment, livestock groups) and monthly AI usage quotas (chat messages and advisor checks). Limits are enforced in-product; existing data is never deleted when you exceed a limit, only new additions are blocked. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial end (we email you 3 days and 1 day before). If a renewal payment fails, we notify you and Stripe retries; continued failure downgrades paid features. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds within 14 days of a first charge on request, provided AI quotas are substantially unused.
Your farm data belongs to you. We do not sell it. You can export it at any time (Settings → Export my data) and delete your account (Settings → Danger zone). We use anonymised, aggregated data (never identifying you or your farm) to provide regional peer benchmarks and to improve the service. Anonymous aggregate groups always contain a minimum number of farms so no individual farm is derivable.
Traceability packs (e.g. EUDR due-diligence records) are assembled from data YOU entered: plot geolocation, input logs, harvest lots. You are responsible for the accuracy of that data and for your own regulatory compliance. Agrivo produces supporting documentation; it does not certify compliance and is not a conformity-assessment body.
Agrivo relies on processors including Anthropic (AI models), Stripe (payments), Sentinel Hub (satellite imagery), Open-Meteo (weather), and optionally Twilio (SMS/WhatsApp alerts). Their availability affects the relevant features; see the Privacy Policy for the full subprocessor list.
The Agrivo software, brand and design are ours or our licensors’. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation.
You can delete your account at any time; data is retained for a 30-day grace period, then permanently erased. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination for our convenience, prepaid unused fees are refunded pro-rata.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for crop losses, yield shortfalls, animal health outcomes, regulatory penalties, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the service, including AI recommendations. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. For material changes we will email registered users at least 14 days before the changes take effect; continued use after that date is acceptance.
These terms are drafted in English; translations are provided for convenience and the English version prevails. Governing law and venue will be stated in your order form or, absent one, the law of the operator’s registered jurisdiction.
